Here are some of my many favourite places to explore in North Vancouver.
The Trans-Canada Highway goes through it and the SeaBus ferry and many bus options make North Vancouver easy to get to.
Enjoy!
If you do nothing more than walk across the Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge and come back, the trip is worthwhile.
There are many short walks you can do including:
Stick to the trails and read the precautions for visitors at the entrance to the park.
The SeaBus from Vancouver goes to Lonsdale Quay.
The Lonsdale Quay Market has a great range of shops and food markets.
Vancouver is one of those rare places where it is possible to walk or cycle, go sailing, and go skiing all in the same day in the winter months.
Grouse Mountain also offers spectacular views, hiking trails, restaurants, bars, and a Grizzly Bear Habitat most of the year.
You can even try the infamous Grouse Grind and reward yourself with a beer at the top!
Seymour Mountain also provides skiing and summer adventures.
Being from Lynn Valley, I have bias toward Lynn Canyon. That said, the Capilano Suspension Bridge is also stunning there are many superb attractions in the park including a tree walk, canyon lookout, native art, historical displays, and more.
The Capilano River is an important river for salmon.
There are paths at the mouth of the river where it flows into Burrard Inlet and you can also visit Cleveland Dam upstream.
Grand Boulevard is a park that runs around 10 blocks in central North Vancouver with walking paths, cycle paths, trees, and flower plantings.
There is a fun coffee bar, bagels, The British Butcher and more at the south end.
At the Eastern end of the Dollarton Highway (not really a highway) in North Vancouver sits scenic Deep Cove.
Attractions include:

One of your first impressions of Vancouver, British Columbia, will be that there is water everywhere. Burrard Inlet to the North, the Fraser River to the South, and False Creek in the middle.
Seawall with paths for bicycles and pedestrians follow the entire waterfront around False Creek.
Two companies operate cute tiny ferries to take people between eight locations around False Creek. Each stop has its own charm.
We bought a day pass and shot photos and video of all eight stops served by AquaBus ferries. Here are the highlights.
Granville Island was an industrial area important during World War II. Today you can get fresh produce, seafood, unique arts and crafts and much more in the Granville Island Market.
Restaurants, Granville Island Brewery, theatres, art galleries, funky shops, and an art school for kids provide a lot to see.
The next stop on our tour is Stamps Landing just West of the Cambie Street Bridge.
In June 1867, Edward Stamp build Vancouver’s first industrial operation, Stamp’s Sawmill.
Today the area features apartments with a fabulous view of the water and boats, Mahoney & Sons Irish Bar and Grill, The Wicklow Public House, and the charming Branas Mediterranean Grill. Eat, drink, and be merry!
Orca whales are a rare sight in False Creek. We caught 4 on camera just West of Stamps Landing.
The success rate for network marketers and new businesses is very low.
Here is the main difference between thriving and diving.
A Business Mindset
The people we see who have runaway success with LifeWave or other companies tend to fall into two categories:
Many of the most successful people on our LifeWave team have a business or practice where they add the LifeWave phototherapy patches to serve the clients they already serve.
These include Equine Therapists, Chiropractors, Health Care Professionals, Clinics, Veterinarians, Ferriers, and other professionals.
Professionals are already talking to clients. It is easy to add LifeWave to the conversation when appropriate and there is no pressure to introduce the products when other solutions are required.
A person in business will have a business mindset already.
The other group of people that have success with a product or service think about themselves and talk about themselves as being a business, with the product being a tool of their business.
Although sutle, this is different than thinking of yourself as a sales representative of a company like LifeWave.
Successful people think of themselves as being in the business of helping people.
They are free to recommend appropriate solutions for the person, not just the product they represent.
A key mindset part is to think of what you are doing as a business.
Introducing the products to others to just pay for your products seldom works.
Promoting as a side-hustle will not carry you very far if you truly want to generate an abundant life for yourself.
Adopt a business mindset to amplify your success.

There is a whole art and science about where to place a LifeWave patch like X39 and Y-Age Aeon (two of my favourites).
The booklets and corporate videos tend favour the middle of body, especially below the navel and at the back of the neck.
Dr. Karen Kan and others like to apply the patches according to acupuncture meridian points.
Inventor David Schmidt has said you can apply them anywhere.
Some people have intuitively placed them where they are having issues. For example, on a knee that is sore and are reporting good results.
If I have a headache or feel like I need some calm, I will put a Y-Age Aeon patch on my forehead (middle-eye, pineal gland).
There is a saying in Taoist traditions that the Chi Flows where the Mind Goes. The intention leads the energy.
I think this comes into play with the LifeWave patches.
You can use the recommended placements. You can also try where your intuition suggests placing them.
Intention + Phototherapy = Healing Transformation

Here are some answers to frequent questions asked about the LifeWave products and opportunities.
Our experience, the research, and the testimonials of thousands of people suggest that phototherapy patches are likely to help you.
We suggest a balanced approach to your health, including:
For most people, the foundation for overall health and wellness will be X39 plus Y-Age Aeon or the new X49.
Other patches are available for specific challenges.
For example, IceWave relieves pain. AcuLife helps horses and pets.
We can help you learn about the patches and applications through the LifeWave website and resources.
We can also introduce you to teammates with insights and experience to help recommend patches and protocols for you and your loved ones.
The LifeWave compensation plan has many ways to earn money. Some are available on day one and others come from sharing and building a team.
If you get on board with the benefits of the products and the company, the potential is unlimited.
There are many people in the organization and on our team who have earned or will earn six-figure and seven-figure incomes.
We are glad to share their blueprint for success with you and invite you to meetings where they share their approach.
Success requires strategy and action.
We help you with that.
You do not need to do it on your own.
No problem. LifeWave is not for everyone. You can contact customer support and ask for a refund. Customers have 90 days. Team members have 30 days.
There are mainly training resources available.
Whether you are introducing a product like LifeWave, your product or service, or asking for a date, having an introduction strategy will greatly increase your success.
Most successful sales teams teach a standard way to do presentations and ask for a commitment for the next step.
In the sales world, you would call the system a form of scripting. You may have resistance to the words ‘sales’ and ‘scripting’.
So call it storytelling or conversation suggestions. Whatever you are comfortable with.
The main challenge with knowing what to say is that there is a range of starting points and a number of branches where a conversation could go.
A linear script will often be at odds with a natural flow of a conversation.
That means that you will need a number of responses to use according to what the prospect says or asks.
The following exercise steps you through a series of questions in threes to create a base to handle most of the conversations you are likely to have with a person.
Here it is.
List three top reasons why you are introducing X to the person.
For example:
1__________________________________________________________
2__________________________________________________________
3__________________________________________________________
These three reasons require the most clarity. If you don’t have solid reasons, you will not likely have success with your goals.
What are the three main things you offer to a potential client, team member, or date.
1__________________________________________________________
2__________________________________________________________
3__________________________________________________________
What are the three main things the person you are talking to is looking for personally or professionally?
1__________________________________________________________
2__________________________________________________________
3__________________________________________________________
Does What You Offer Align With What They Are Looking For?
That is the rub. If what you are offering does not align with what the person is looking for in some meaningful way, you are probably barking up the wrong tree.
Sometimes we want people to want what we are offering and may think we know best for them.
Sure, try your introduction because you sometimes never know what will resonate with someone.
Still, you are likely better off introducing the offer to someone you think has wants and needs more aligned with what you offer.
Based on your interests, experience, connections, who are the top three kinds of people you want to approach? Here are some examples:
Write down your top three and circle one.
